  Please educate your staff on what is a Valid government Id and not. If for some reason, the person does not have a nys license but has a valid NYC Id which was issued for employment/other id purposes that showes the name, dob, Id number, expiration date. Use the Id number in the license number that you told me you see on the screen. Also NYS issues Id for Id purposes as you don't need a driver's license!!!! Please Note: New York City, is local government. Plus the Id presented was acceptable by knowledgeable employees in the past. Performance needs to be improved in the pharmacy not always on time.
